The ‘Glory’ is a short prayer but it has great power. Maybe we do not fully realize that every time we utter this short prayer, apart from giving glory to God, we are also sharing with others our belief, that God is with us. We are also stating that this God is a Father who loves us so much that he created us and who sent us his only Son to reunite us with him. When we give glory to the Son, we remember that God became one of us to save us. He lived among us and shared his life with all those who were willing to open their hearts to him. And at the end of his life, he became a sign of the infinite love of God for all mankind by giving his life for us on the cross. Every time we give glory to the Holy Spirit we are earnestly asking him to come into our hearts and let him continue to lead us on this path of love because we know how easy it is for us to be distracted by the things of this world.
