During the weekend between the 16th and the 18th of February, for the first time, a live in was held for the group of Aspirants of both SDC Centres in Lima. Four youth from each SDC Centre participated. The subject chosen was: If I don’t live to serve, then I’m not worthy to live. This helped to reflect on the importance of going out of our own selves to reach to others even if this means facing difficulties and oppositions. There were recreational moments on the beaches of Ancón and Ventanilla and sports activities which were held on Friday and Saturday. On Sunday afternoon, Superior General Roberto Zammit shared a message with those present through an online video call during which he announced that even Aspirants in Malta and Poland were living similar special moments. The prayer moments helped to keep in touch with the Lord who called us and who encourages us to go to the outskirts to give a helping hand to those who really need us. We thank the Lord heartedly for giving us this opportunity. We also thank all the youth who participated in this beautiful experience.
