A group from Ruiru (Kenya)
visits the SDC in Malta

A group from the SDC Centre of Ruiru (Kenya) ended their visit in Malta on the 10 May 2024. Superior Tonio Callus, together with Jack Opato (Member) and the three Candidates, Gabriel Ng’agn’a, Peter Kairu and Michael Baabu arrived in Malta on Thursday 11 April 2024.
This visit aimed to provide the Kenyan Member and Candidates a closer encounter with the Society and the SDC Centres of Malta and Gozo. This would help them to better understand the origin of the Society and the spirituality of the SDC vocation. Therefore, during this visit, they had the opportunity to visit the SDC General House, the SDC Centres of Malta and Gozo and other interesting places linked with the Founder and the beginning of the Society.
During their visit they also had the opportunity to visit some schools, as well as some main attractions including St John co-cathedral and the old city of Mdina.
This was definitely an enriching opportunity that will consequently motivate and encourage the rest of the Members, Candidates and the young people of the Ruiru SDC Centre.
Let us pray for the SDC to continue to spread and grow for the benefit of mankind through the proclamation of the Gospel.
