Textbooks for the Sacraments of Initiation (Cuba)

On 5th April, Bishop Arturo Gonzalez presented the SDC members with a copy of the textbooks for catechesis of youths and adults (Baptism, Holy Communion and Confirmation). These textbooks were prepared by the SDC members on his request, using some notes which had been prepared in the diocese of Santa Clara in the 1990s. Bishop Arturo explained that with the help of ACN (Aid of the Church in Need) he had managed to print 10,000 copies of each textbook, which will be used in all the dioceses of Cuba. Each textbook is made up of about 30 sessions. It is worth noting that the members included anecdotes and prayers of Saint George Preca so that his spirituality will be known all over the island.
