Lenten Gathering for SDC Youth (Malta)

On Thursday 29th February, a meeting with the former candidates of the SDC was held at the DĦS Conference Centre. The event started with a reflection by the Superior General, based on Matthew’s calling as found in the Gospel. Some quiet time for personal reflection followed. The group was then split into a number of small sub-groups allowing the partcipants to share their own reflections. Finally, the whole group re-gathered for a prayerful moment and celebrated the Adoration of the Face of Christ, a celebration written by St Geoge Preca. Fr Matthew Pulis was available to hear confessions during the entire meeting. The event ended with some informal time, over some food and drinks, where the participants continued to renew and expand their friendships.
