Demonstration with Baby Jesus in Valletta

On Friday, December 20, 2024, a demonstration with Baby Jesus took place in Valletta. A large crowd gathered in front of the chapel dedicated to Our Lady of Victory and joyfully marched towards St John Co-Cathedral, singing traditional Christmas carols and carrying a statue of Baby Jesus. The participants entered the co-cathedral for a celebration around Baby Jesus, featuring Christmas hymns and poems. Bishop Emeritus, Msgr. George Frendo, O.P., shared a reflection on the birth of the Messiah and extended his wishes for a holy Christmas to all. The demonstration continued along Republic Street and ended before the chapel of Our Lady of Victory.
