The next meeting of the St George Preca Group will be held on Friday 24 November. Those interested in the teachings and spirituality of St George are welcome. The meeting will take place in the Auditorium of the General House in Blata l-Bajda at 6.30 pm. Holy Mass will be celebrated in the Chapel of Our Lady Mary of the Miraculous Medal at 6.00pm.
On 29 October, members of the St George Preca Group (Malta) participated in a one-day retreat. The retreat was held at Dar il-Ħanin Samaritan Conference Centre, and its theme was was ‘To be holy’. The day started with prayers and a reading from the Founder on the theme. Participants then reflected in groups on the theme. Following a plenary session, Fr Daniel Galea O. Carm. shared a keynote speech, focused on how living the beatitudes leads to holiness. This was followed by the celebration of Holy Mass. Following lunch, the retreat ended with the recitation of the Holy Rosary in the Chapel.
