St George Preca Group (Lurín)

On Wednesday, 10 September 2025, the members of the St George Preca Group welcomed the General Treasurer, Philip Bezzina, to the SDC Centre of Lurín. Philip Bezzina is currently visiting the two SDC centres of Peru. Following his visit to the SDC centre of Puente, Philip travelled to Lurín to start his visit there.
The event began with words of welcome from Superior Tonio Agius. This was followed by a message from Percy Legua Rojas, the President of the group, who welcomed Philip on behalf of the members. The three committee members also delivered a message, focusing on the history of the group and its ongoing commitment to living the spirituality of St George Preca.
The gathering was marked by hymns and prayers, creating a spirit of joy and thanksgiving. In closing, Philip Bezzina shared his reflections with the members. The event concluded with the serving of refreshments.
