At the Holy Eucharist Church in St Albans, the SDC Centre participated in the Multicultural Day organised by the parish on 22nd March 2025. The parish is home to a wonderfully diverse community, representing nations from across the world, including Malta, Croatia, Italy, Poland, Ireland, Vietnam, the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Samoa, India, Sri Lanka, Zimbabwe, Congo, Sudan, and Kenya, among others.
A special Mass was celebrated, with many contributing to reflect the rich cultural heritage of those present. The priest highlighted that, despite their different backgrounds, it is their shared faith in Christ that unites them as one faithful community.
Young people from the SDC Centre wore their traditional attire and shared food from their respective cultures after Mass.
It was a truly meaningful occasion that strengthened the spirit of unity and belonging.
