On Friday 26 September 2026, a group of aspirants and candidates gathered at Dar Betsajda in Ċirkewwa for an evening of prayer and reflection.
A series of prayer spaces inspired by St Michael the Archangel, whose feast is celebrated on 29 September, invited the participants to pause, reflect and spend time in personal prayer. The evening concluded with Eucharistic adoration, offering everyone an opportunity to place themselves in the presence of the Lord.
The gathering continued the following day with a programme of formation, recreation and prayer. Alongside Mass, shared meals and moments of prayer, the aspirants and candidates took part in team-building activities designed to strengthen fellowship and encourage collaboration.
The formation sessions focused particularly on genuine friendship and the importance of listening attentively to others.
Let us accompany these young men with our prayers as they continue their journey of faith and vocational discernment.
