Feast of Saint George Preca (Sagua)

On Saturday, 9 May 2026, the members of the SDC centre of Sagua la Grande celebrated the feast of the Founder, Saint George Preca, with a special Mass. The Mass was celebrated by the parish priest, Fr Wilfredo, who spoke during the homily about Fr Preca’s love for God and his dedication to spreading the Word of God.
At the end of Mass, the children and adolescents received a small gift, while the adults, most of whom belong to the San Jorge Preca Group or are parents of the children attending the SDC centre, were presented with a book written by Saint George Preca.
