Celebrating the Feast of the Sacred Heart

The St George Preca Group celebrated the feast of the Sacred Heart of Jesus on Friday 27 June 2025, at the Auditorium in Blata l-Bajda. The meeting started with a feature on the historical development of the devotion to the Sacred Heart in the Catholic Church and its importance in spirituality. This was followed with reflections and prayers from Il-Mansjonijiet (The Mansions), a book written by St George Preca. In this book the Founder reflects on aspects of the Sacred Heart as shown in different episodes of the life of Jesus. With the Founder we pray “Lord Jesus Christ, make my heart like unto yours.”
