A Journey of Faith with the Catechumens in Durrës

On Sunday, 23rd March 2025, the third Sunday of Lent, the group of catechumens from St Dominic’s parish, accompanied by the SDC members in Durrës, visited a development centre to spend time with children and adolescents with disabilities. There, the catechumens engaged with the residents and shared a snack together. This visit was part of their formation programme in preparation for receiving the Sacraments of Initiation.
The group then proceeded to the residence of the Vincentian Sisters, where they were introduced to the beauty of the sisters’ charism. They were also given the opportunity for conversation and a moment of fraternity with the sisters.
We give thanks to God for this moment of grace and pray for these catechumens, who will soon be baptised during the Easter Vigil.
